Beginning of the story

  • When Shashank Mehta was in school, he had a lot of weight. He tried to lose it, and he did for a while, but then his weight went up again. This happened 3 or 4 times.   • When we talk about packaged food, it needs a long shelf life so it can be available everywhere. It is made in one place and sent far away, taking some time to get there. It is also sold in large amounts.
  • This is where the use of preservatives starts, which can preserve food for a long time. Some preservatives are very harmful for our body and for this reason, packaged foods are losing their trust in the direction of healthy food.
  • If we talk about production, there is no need to compromise on quality, that is why they have kept all their production work in-house.
  • The owners of The Whole Truth prefer to call this brand Truth Plant rather than Food Brand. Almost all of their sales are online but along with this they are also focusing on offline.
  • This is the simple philosophy with which we make our products. We believe simple, homely ingredients, minimally processed, are the secret to nutritious, tasty food. So we take premium dry fruits
